Procrastination - How to Beat It? EP59

In today's episode, we're going to be discussing procrastination. If there's one thing I deal with daily, almost on an hourly basis, and that's procrastination. I go to bed knowing what I want to accomplish the next day, with 100% certainty that I'll have no problem knocking each item off the list one by one with ease, but for years and years, I could never get all the things I thought I could get done from the planning session the night before. Has this ever happened to you? When I finally had enough and wanted to know why my productivity was slower than others, so I started to track where my 24 hours each day were going. After a few days of close analysis, all the signs pointed to one single affliction, I'm a procrastinator! But with that being said, I'm a much-improved procrastinator 30 years later, meaning procrastination doesn't get as many minutes or hours a day from me as it once did.
