Chris Phillips Hockey Journey EP36

Chris Phillips is my next guest and I'm really looking forward to the conversation, as we were teammates for a couple of seasons in Ottawa. Mr. Phillips is a Canadian-born hockey player who played junior hockey for the Fort McMurray Oil Barons, Prince Albert Raiders, and Lethbridge Hurricanes. In 1996, he was selected first overall by the Ottawa Senators, not knowing at the time that he'd spend the next 17 years in the nation's capital, playing in 1179 career games. His charitable contributions to the community were many, one being Candlelighters which helps families that have a child battling cancer. He now is the co-owner of the Big Rig Brewery and is enjoying life after hockey with his wife Erin and 3 kids, Ben, Zoey, and Naomi. Enjoy the conversation :)
